Delivery and Returns

 

 

Order Confirmation

At The Huffle Company, once you place an order, your card is pre-authorized. We will then confirm product availability with our supplier. If the product is available for immediate shipment, we will process the payment and dispatch your order promptly. If there is a delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will let you know and void the pre-authorization.

 

 

Order Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days upon receipt of payment. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered to you within 2-5 business days unless the Brand has a specific policy - for instance being shipped from Europe in which may take longer to arrive. Please note that delivery times may also vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery services. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hrs of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking details within 48 hrs, please contact us at returns@thehufflecompany.com for assistance.

 

Returns

The Huffle Company proudly promises 90 days return policy on all your purchases. 

If you wish to return an item within 90 days of receiving your order, email us at returns@thehufflecompany.com with your order number for return instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories to qualify for a refund. If items show signs of wear or use, they will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.

Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return. Items purchased for temporary or one-time use, such as for trade shows or conferences, are also non-returnable.

 

Damages

Please inspect all items upon delivery. We advise not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you find any damage, please send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@thehufflecompany so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled after 48 hours will incur additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
