Refund policy

We at the The Huffle Company are committed to providing you with the best products and services non stop but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free 90 Day returns process.


To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. The item was purchased within the last 90 days.
  2. The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

To start your return please contact returns@thehufflecompany where we are here to help guide you.  Please do not return the item without first speaking with us as this will slow the process down and occur additional unnecessary costs. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellations

Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order will be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
