The DRY AGER DX 1000 Premium S is a professional, plug-and-play Dry Aging Cabinet, designed with all the essential features for perfect dry aging, without needing a water connection or tank. It combines sleek, modern aesthetics with cutting-edge technology. On the outside, a timeless design; on the inside, precision engineering – where craftsmanship meets innovation.

With a capacity of up to 100 kg of meat, the DRY AGER DX 1000 Premium S provides ample space for your creative dry-aging projects. As a striking centrepiece in any retail space, butcher shop, restaurant, hotel, or private setting, this cabinet is perfect for aging larger quantities of products. It can be installed as a freestanding unit or integrated seamlessly into a wall. Optional with DX-LED Salt Wall System:
The DX-LED Salt Wall System LED panel brings the look of a real salt wall to your DRY AGER Dry Aging Cabinet. Up to 10 different light colours and modes can be set via remote control. All according to your taste or your colour scheme.

Optional with Display Podium:
High-quality metal podium for a perfect product presentation, so every customer can view the content of the DRY AGER at eye level. The base has 4 metal levelling feet, which are adjustable in height. The DRY AGER can be placed on it with the existing adjustable feet ensuring stability. This noble satin black podium is fully assembled. The height of the display podium is 40 cm, with the DRY AGER DX 1000 installed the total height is 205 cm.

 

SmartAging® Technology 

Exclusive to the DRY AGER Dry Aging Fridge! With the innovative SmartAging feature, you can effortlessly age or dry a variety of products like meat, ham, fish, sausage, cheese, herbs, and even pasta with just the press of a button. Dry aging has never been this simple and reliable. 

Precision Parameters 

The advanced control system in the Premium S models allows precise management of temperatures ranging from 0 to +30 °C and humidity levels between 40 % and 90 %, all electronically adjustable. Whether using the automatic SmartAging programs or manual settings, the system ensures perfect aging conditions. Thanks to HumiControl, there’s no need for a water connection or tank. 

Impeccable Hygiene 

Harmful bacteria and germs are kept at bay. The DX 1000 Premium S features an active UVC sterilization unit that disinfects the entire air volume in the Dry Aging Fridge at least once every minute. An activated carbon filter further purifies the incoming air. The antibacterial interior is designed for easy cleaning, and the SmartAging pre-cleaning program ensures optimal hygienic conditions after each aging cycle. 

Minimal Weight Loss 

Expect around 7-8% weight loss for beef after 4 weeks of aging on the bone, and approximately 12% after 6 weeks. These low values are unrivaled and deliver tangible financial benefits. 

Award-Winning Design 

The DRY AGER Cabinet, the recipient of multiple prestigious design awards, combines function with aesthetics. The antibacterial inner chamber is designed to prevent dirt accumulation and make cleaning easy. A backward-sloping base prevents liquids from spilling. Integrated DX LED Premium light strips on both sides of the door highlight the contents of the fridge perfectly.
